webspider2 Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 I have a problem with the orders. When someone places an order the order does not appear anywhere except on paypal. This does not happen with every order. Can anyone help Thank you.
b101aa2 Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 Probably being caused because some customers don't know they need to return to merchant after they finish paying for it. Paypal has annoyingly stopped auto returns. If you want that to occur, of course, they want more money monthly. Nice little scam they have going to nickle and dime everyone into obliveon. As a result, receiving paypal transaction is normal, but nothing appears in osc. So, you're stuck emailing the customer and looking like an amateur.
