There is a bug with the free amount. It could be other modules having an effect on it. Don't know, but I did find a hack to fix it.

Problem..

When Free Amount, UPS and USPS are all enabled and displayed in that order.

If you qualify for free shipping, no problem, all is good.

If you don't qualify for free shipping, you get this:

This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.

Free shipping on orders over $75.00

United States Postal Service (1 x 8lbs) United States Postal Service

Priority (2 - 3 Days) $8.75 () <-Radio Button

You also don't get the arrow that says, "Hey pick one"

---------HACK TO FIX-------

Don't display free amount as the first item. This way, if they do or don't qualify, all the shipping options show up correctly. Kind of a bummer that it gets buried in with the rest of the options, but oh well.

I don't have a fix, just the hack. Thanks for the contrib, back to my customization. 7 days to grand opening. Then thankfully, I won't find any more bugs. Ha ha ha.
