Securing Admin under IIS

Hi,

 

My client has a dedicated server running IIS on windows 2003. i have installed php and mysql and oscommerce.

 

I had to install Oscommerce amnually because the installer wasnt workng properly, but i have and it seems ok.

 

Only thing the admin is not secure so you can type the url in and it automatically goes straight there... On a unix platform the htaccess file is used, but what do i do under IIS to secure a folder?
