error on user signup/email

hi

 

when i signup as a customer i get:

 

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at E:\domains\blahblah\osc\catalog\includes\classes\email.php:520) in E:\domains\blahblah\osc\catalog\includes\functions\general.php on line 33

 

as well as a "cant relay" error but thats down to my php email setup i imagine

 

any ideas?
