Change index.php to index.html

Hi,

 

I noticed that some of my links still use the .php and not .html. My index page still loads as php not sure if its supposed to? Also some of my other links such as the specials.php still load as php?

 

I am sure this has been covered in the forum but there are so many pages its hard to find. Any help would be great.
