Removing Prices for email output

I really need help with this...

 

i will be using 2 oscommerce with 1 database.

 

one is going to be a catalog with no prices..(wholesale) and the other need to display prices... (retail)

 

i manage on oscommerce 1 to replace all display prices for the word QUOTE, but for checkout_process.php i seem not to be able to remove the price, sub total and total display info that go to the costumer email address when they order (quote in my case)
