What can cause this problem? Is it my site or is it my HOST??

I keep getting these errors see the error below. I am hosted by MT media Temple Hosting and from I jeard its a very GOOD host. I think it might be the site itself with the issue. My web guy says its the host but Im starting to think it might of been his handling of the site itself. What do you think it might be? Also have you hosted with MT before?

 

-My site gets the errors below and also runs slow. Please advise.

 

The error I keep getting: Not always but way too many times in my opinion.

 

The connection has timed out

 

The server at www.kuanaco.com is taking too long to respond.

 

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few

moments.

 

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network

connection.

 

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure

that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

That sort of problem is usually due to the server. If it is timing out on you, it could be some script in your site. But if you are just doing normal page switches then it is the server. And if it doesn't connect in the first place, then it is most certainly the server since the code inthe shop hasn't started executing yet (except to connect to the server).
