Guest Posted October 20, 2002 Share Posted October 20, 2002 Is there a way, and or how can I go about making a change to a customers order after he has placed it and left the site. For instance, I have a customer that ordered a product and we were out of the product. He decided to let us substitute another product in its place so it would be great if I can just EDIT his original order to reflect the new product.
