Need help with text option for attributes

I am having alot fo problems trying to find a contribution where my customers can enter information for personalization for certain items in my store. I tried to use the option type feature contribution but all I keep getting is drop down boxes. Does anyone know of a different contribution that would allow me to choose an attribute so my customers can enter thier information?

 

If anyone knows of a contribution that would fill my needs I would really appreciate it.
