Easy Populate w/short descr mod installation

I am trying to install Easy Populate but I am having trouble finding the necessary files to modify. If i look for Catalog/Temp or Catalog/Admin/Includes/Config.php, The files do not seem to be there. This is a generic version of oscommerce I have on my server. I have not modified it or downloaded any products as of yet. When I finally find these files Do I create a folder for easy populate, and if so how do I access it for use? Please help, Rich
