Table Layout for Product Listing

Thank you for those who have clicked on this post.

 

I would like to know how I can change the layout of the table with the product listing. I would still like to have the products in rows but would like the name of the product and price underneath the product image. Have a look at these websites to see what I mean:

I was told to change the code in the product_listing.php page, but I can't figure out where to put the html for the table.
