Changing the address order

I'm sure I say this but I give up.

I want to change the order of the Address for customers

 

From

 

Street Address:

Post Code:

City:

State/Province:

Country

 

 

So that the Post code

is after the State.

 

Street Address:

City:

State/Province:

Post Code:

Country:

Same way that people in the US are used to entering.

 

Just cannot figure out where the exact code is.

Is there anywhere else where this info resides? I changed the order in all three files and in multiple locations in one or two of them...address still being displayed with the zip code prior to the state....see below.

 

Company Name

Customer First and Last Name

Street Address,

City

Zip Cope - State, Country

Found a solution posted by Simon Fu (user name Khime) that worked for me, it can be found in this thread: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?sho...=address+format

 

All I did was go to the admin section of the site, selected 'Locations / Taxes' then 'Countries' then 'United States.'

 

On the right side of the page, the following info was displayed:

 

Name: United States

 

ISO Code (2): US

 

ISO Code (3): USA

 

Address Format: 4

 

I clicked on 'edit' and changed the Address Format from '4' to '2'

 

This displayed the customers address in the typical U.S. fashion of:

 

Company Name (if applicable)

Customer First and Last Name

Street Address,

City, State, Zip Code

Country
