Ad Tracker across html and php

I have implemented Ad Tracker on an osCommerce site we run. The problem is this osCommerce site sits INSIDE other non osCommerce pages - that way we can create a much more custom entrance for the shop ... my problem is that visitors are directed to the opening page index.php - where I can successfully grab the variables and set up a session - but by the time they get to the osCommerce site the variables/sessions don't seem to be there any more (there are some html pages they pass through too!)

 

Has anyone got any tips for how on arriving at index.php - then going through page1.htm, page2.htm and finally into the osCommerce store - how the variables can be preserved?
