I went to the contributions page but all they allow is to upload contributions , where do I go to download the purchase order contribution?

It is the same area.

You need to find the contrib that you want. If there is more than one version (you usually select the latest and greatest), you click on the little icon at the right of the screen (shows a little down arrow that goes to a brown thing that represents your computer box). You then select where to save the zip file to on your computer.
