Double Images

If anyone has any bright ideas as to why this is happening I'd be very grateful know them.

 

I upload one image but on the products display page two images are there. One clickable and one not which makes me think I've done something somewhere but can't for the life of me work out what.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I see only one picture, so I am assuming that you fixed this?
