installation of paypal module

I am trying to get paypal installed. I have gone to modules/payment in my admin section and when I click on paypal it gives me the option to remove or edit. I have edited and have added my email address. When I test the checkout on my cart, I get the "Page cannot be displayed" error message.

 

Any suggestions on what I may be missing? I am new to OsCommerce and need some help.

If you install the Check/Money Order payment module, can you complete a checkout with it?

I just tried this. I removed Paypal and installed check/money order and Im still having the same problem.
