Help I broke my default languge and cant use store.

I had deleted all but English in the admin pannel.

 

Then I edited "English" and changed the Directory: for it.... (dumb mistake not thinking)

 

 

Then all I got shown on my store page is:

I went back to the admin pannel and tired a few different entries in the Directory: box

But it didn't fix the store.

The last I tried was english.php

 

Then I closed Firefox and when I went back to the admin pannel to try some more all I get is:

So as it is now I can't get to the Admin pannel or the store.

 

 

So my question is:

Where is the Directory: [ ] information saved so I can manually fix it.

And what is the correct information for the default English location.

Ok I figured out that it was getting the Directory from mysql and fixed it.

 

 

Note: when making changes to that entry after clicking update.

I had to close all broswer windows for it to pick up the change.
