Change "My Account" to "My Profile"

I would like to change all instances of *My Account* to read *My Profile*.

Does anyone know if there is a contribution to do this or could offer advice as to how to go about this. Including the log in on the main page which reads *would you like to open an account*.

Edit the languages/english.php file for the change and any other language files for the pages where you may want it changed that are not affected by the english.php change. That one should get most, if not all, though.
