autoxtreme Posted March 25, 2007 Posted March 25, 2007 Hi, I am quite new to oscommerce and I have a quick question..... When I upload products to the site a large number of them done have pictures. When I view the product listing it comes up with a image saying "click here to enlarge" How can I stop this being displayed? Thanks in advance for any help
fashionseazon Posted March 25, 2007 Posted March 25, 2007 this may be the problem of your picture type. if it is bitmap or smth like that, no picture may show. try to change your picture type as jpeg. to do that, click on the picture, click on file and select from the drop-down list the option 'save as... ' and from the drop down list below select jpeg. also, try to shorten the name of the picture, and remove all _?- signs or signs like that. i hope this will help you. good luck.
autoxtreme Posted March 25, 2007 Author Posted March 25, 2007 Thanks for the reply..........but this is something displayed where I havent uploaded a picture. Just seems to be a default "blanking" image displayed by oscommerce. Just wondered if theres a way of stopping it from showing up.
