Deleting Account Information option

I cannot figure out how to delete the 'City' text box, from the 'My Account Information' page. This is a piece of information that is a required field when creating a new account.

Also, i want to know how to delete the 'Cash on Delivery' check selection, in the 'Payment Information' page. I just want one option - credit card payment.

 

Any help is always appreciated.

just go to your catalog/admin

 

there you can edit these.

for payment just uninstall which you want.

for city in account also you can use (false) to remove like gender and birthday

i'm probably going to sound stupid, but can you be any more specific. i had a look at your suggestions, but i still cant figure it out.

any other ideas?
