Discount Code Field does not appear during checkout

I have installed the discount code module and created a discount. I installed the discount coupon on the Order total module. Then I logged into the website as a customer and tried to enter in the discount code that I created to test it out but I don't see the field where I can enter in the discount code. I am not sure why this is happening. Can someone please help me figure this out. I am an ameatuer with osCommerce. :(

Before I went looking for help everywhere it sounds like you might have missed an install file. I'd start there and see if you infact installed everything correctly. Maybe use BeyondCompare and see if you can spot anything you might have missed.
