Very important problem with categories

I'm installed oscommerce with database and work fine but when i add a new catergory or product, give this error:

 

 

 

0 -

 

insert into categories_description (categories_name, categories_id, language_id) values ('Categoria nuova', '0', '4')

 

[TEP STOP]

 

 

any idea for fix this problem??, i'm searched in all forum but i haven't solutions.
