Mrs Minx Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 Hi All, Not sure if it is header tags controller cont that may have affected this but my products names' is not displaying anymore. When I go to add a new product there used to be product name = xxx (and I would put it in there). Now, there isn't the option to add a product name, just meta tag description etc etc. When a customer looks at the front end of the website, they see just a picture, then under product name an empty box, then a box to the right with a price in. chooch Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 The simplest way to find out is if you can remove or undo the header tags contribution, or simply add your backed up pages. I think the header tags wouldn't do it but I think human error is at fault here so retracing your steps will suffice. Upon receiving fixes and advice, too many people don't bother to post updates informing the forum of how it went. Until of course they need help again on other issues and they come running back! Why receive the information you require in good faith for free, only to then have the attitude to ignore the people who gave it to you? There's no harm in saying, 'Thanks, it worked'. On the contrary, it creates a better atmosphere. CHOOCH
