Javascript and SSL Not working..

Hi all,

I have installed SSL and all seems to work fine. BUT, I have also installed a live support program.

Basically this problem is when I turn the live support on/off, the image throws up the "unsecure items" problem. I have tried changing the code the usual way, ie removing the website url and changing the http to https.

Here is the code:

<script language="JavaScript" src="http://www.xxx.com/phplive/js/status_image.php?base_url=http://www.xxx.com/phplive&l=username&x=1&deptid=1&"></script>

I was thinking about moving the whole phplive folder into includes and see it this works.? Or making the whole phplive folder secure, would this work? I just dont know how to do this...

Im sure its something small, but i just cant get it...

Any help would be greatly appreciated, ive been trying to fix this for a few days now! Arrh!

Thanks,

Lee..

PS the url is in my profile..

What error are you getting?

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply...

I get the, "This site contains unsercure items".... It only happens when the status of the online support changes... SO for example, if the online support icon shows online and I switch off the support then i get the unsecure message.... Its because the images are not in a secure part of the site..

How do I secure the folder where the phplive is stored? If the icon was coming from a secure folder then this message would not show..

Hopefully I have made this clear.

Thanks again,

Lee.
