I had my store up and running fine, then started adding contribution hacks and one of them jacked up the "My Account" and Checkout pages where they would only display blank pages. I am pretty sure it was the CreditClass contribution that did it, since it has application_top.php in it and when i replaced this file with the default all was fixed.
