Hello!

1. I need to add a text attribute to my products so that they can add what date they'd like to do their purchased activity on. I sell activities and can't find anthing to help me add this attribute.

2. How do i set up a spot on the credit card payment check-out for the 3-4 digit code on the back of the credit card? I can't run cards without it, and can't figure out how to add this.

Please help!!

1. Thank you so much!!

2. Any idea where to find it in contributions? I just need to add it in. I'm not using a module, just taking the CC information manually off of the Oscommerce admin and running it at the office. This is the only way we can do it here. If you can point me in the right direction, i'd be indebted! Thanks.

That worked great!! I used the cvv2_with_details. I deleted the details and it works great.

I'm still having trouble finding a contribution that works well to add text attributes. I tried the one you recommended and it had so much other stuff, that It wasn't gonna work for me. I'll keep looking.

Thanks again for all the help!!

Try this for text attributes http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2618/

You can use it for any type of text input for options. I used it to allow people to add custom messages or other options for certain items. You can set up the field name(s) to "Date of Activity" or anything you want. Don't let the name fool you there are many more uses other than imprints. And it's easy to install. Much easier than Option Type Feature.

Hope this helps

Thank you. I added it and when I try and test it, I can get to the product and then put in my dates in the field. When I continue on it brings up a blank screen saying:

1054 - Unknown column 'products_id' in 'where clause'

What am I doing wrong? Am I messing up in the database? When it says to add default '' does that mean leave it blank?

Thanks
