Changing the greeting/login on main page

Hello... after some initial trouble getting the site going... I've finally started to figure things out. I am trying to find a file though.

 

It's called:

<?php echo [u]tep_customer_greeting[/u](); ?>

I'm trying to edit the line that says:

Welcome Guest! Would you like to log yourself in? Or would you prefer to create an account?

 

For the life of me... I can't find that file to change the wording.

This line is in the main language file.

 

i.e. includes/languages/english.php
