Floob Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Hi, Whenever I go to checkout I keep getting offered Free Delivery even though I do not have this enabled under the order total modules. If I disable my only (flat rate) shipping method I dont get any shipping options at all. Any ideas? Floob.
Guest Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 go to your: admin/modules and there you can edit the shiping coasts or in flat rate you can edit the coasts

Guest Posted March 20, 2007 Posted March 20, 2007 Can you enable your flat rate and freeshipping mods again so I can see how it is displaying? Also what categories are for free shipping?
Floob Posted March 21, 2007 Author Posted March 21, 2007 Can you enable your flat rate and freeshipping mods again so I can see how it is displaying? Hi, At the moment my flat rate is enabled, but my free shipping is disabled - but it just shows free shipping :(
chooch Posted March 21, 2007 Posted March 21, 2007 It can't be that hard to figure out but working in the dark will be hard. You say you haven't added anything related to shipping except one contribution which was disabled and then removed. Without logging in to the store it will be a shot in the dark. If you say you haven't done anything to make the error (if it is an error) show, then it makes things more difficult. The 'problem' wouldn't have started by itself. Did the free shipping show up before you added the other contribution - if you had to back up the datatbase before hand then try the backed up version and see if the problem persists. Upon receiving fixes and advice, too many people don't bother to post updates informing the forum of how it went. Until of course they need help again on other issues and they come running back! Why receive the information you require in good faith for free, only to then have the attitude to ignore the people who gave it to you? There's no harm in saying, 'Thanks, it worked'. On the contrary, it creates a better atmosphere. CHOOCH
Guest Posted March 21, 2007 Posted March 21, 2007 Is that the way it has shown up no matter what shipping module if any at all? If so, I wonder if it's a problem with your checkout_shipping.php page.
