osCommerce do not add shipping fees

Hello Forum!

My problem is as follow:

if a customer complete an order osc DO NOT ADD the shipping fees, although are configured via Admin Panel.

Any idea out there??

well if the zone in which the cuatomer is does not come in the zone for which You have stated the shipping cost then this will happen.

So either set zone as none or configure zones properly.

Table Method --price--

Shipping table 25:9.00,49.99:8.00,99.99:7.00,199.99:6.00,500:5.00

Enable Table Method --true--

 

Any idea?? I'm go crazy !!

Is your sort order in order total modules correct?

 

Yes my order total module is set as follow:

 

Sub-Total ==> 1

Shipping ==> 2

Tax ==> 3

Discount Coupons ==> 9 (according to CCGV installing instructions)

Gift Vouchers ==> 740 (according to CCGV installing instructions)

Total ==> 900 (according to CCGV installing instructions)
