Guest Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 After a hard day of watching my host do nothing, I made a move to a new server. My head is spinning. Anyway, I think everything is up and running fine until I refresh a page and my thumbnails are all broken images! cart works fine. Header image and product images are fine. No thumbs. Any help would be appreciated. Brushwood Nursery Site

Any help would be appreciated. Brushwood Nursery Site I had this problem last year when we switched hosts. It had to do with the thumbnail contrib that we both use (I can tell by the "product_thumb.php"). Not sure why but if you rename the thumbnails folder to something else, add a NEW folder named thumbnails, then move your thumbnail images into the new folder, it should work. Again, not sure why
Guest Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 Thanks for offering your experience. I tried it but no luck doing that. When I check the image properties, it includes the file name in the thing like it's something wrong with the setup or something. My server might not be set up right. I had to recompile apache with curl support, for example. Maybe it's the gd lib?

The image location is fine (ie. http://www.gardenvines.com/catalog/product...w=120&h=120 ) but maybe you're right about the gdlib. Did you happen to check the permissions on your images and thumbnails folders as well as reset the cache for the site?
Guest Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 checked permissions, yes. I've never reset cache for the site. How do I do that?
Guest Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 went back into cpanel and looked at the default apache settings. No gd by default (same as curl). So, I'm running that update now. Fingers crossed.
