Incarnadine Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 ok i am setting up OsCommerce on godaddy for a friend of mine it seems they are using a version of mysql that is causing the "Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client" error. is there a way to fix os commerce to bypass this error? cause it looks like godaddy isnt going to fix it and i dont have another option for a place to host a mysql database so we can use os commerce
