Winnie Posted October 18, 2002 Share Posted October 18, 2002 In the UK, there have been changes to the Data Protection Act, which require knowing the correct title of the person you are sending items too. The better your information you have about customers, the more valuable it is. Basic Title would be: Mr,Ms Mrs,Dr,Rev or something similar.
