images problem

IMAGE DOES NOT EXIST

hi i have problems setting the path. images directory is not the one at admin but rather referring to the one at root which is /home/www/mydomain.com/images/

 

 

where should i modify the path to set it to /home/www/mydomain.com/images/

in your configure.php files. You will find 2 one in catalog/includes and one in catalog/admin/includes.

do i need to modify both config.php files or only the one at admin/includes? as i´ve tried editing the config.php file at admin/includes but still cant set it to correct path as www/mydomain.com/admin/images keeps popping up as the path for images. i´d give it a go again, thanks for the advice.

you need to do both. if your catalog is in the root of your site you have the correct path. If you have a html index and your catalog in a folder then you do not. If you still have issues PM me with the site url and I will help you out.
