coprojohn Posted March 15, 2007 Posted March 15, 2007 Problem with the site here is that after you have logged in (email address and password) you select an item or two and put it in your 'Cart'. Then when you click 'Checkout', instead of taking you through to the payment processing part, it comes up 'Your Shopping Cart is empty!', so you press 'Continue' only to be taken back to the homepage and have to 'Log' on again!! It doesn't matter how many times you repeat this process, it won't let you purchase anything, which obviously is a slight concern as we need sales to stay in business. Any ideas would be greatfully received.
Guest Posted March 15, 2007 Posted March 15, 2007 may happen if your includes\configure.php files are not setup correctly or if you're using hard-coded links that do not maintain sessions. If you combine both of these you get precisely the side effect you're seeing. As cookies don't work the osc is forced to pass the session with the url and the hard-coded links of course don't carry it over.
