A few queries:

1. Is there a need for SSL certificate if you are using paypal?

2. using the credit card module - how do you modify it to accept debit cards

3. Would I have to modify the payment form to incorporate the 3 digit security code and issue date for debit cards

Thanks

2 - Do you get an error when you try to use one?

3 - You need to install the cvv contribution.

2 - I don't use the module so I can't say for sure. But look in the module settings to see if there is an option for that.

3 - From the contributions section, above menu - Community->Contributions.

Hi

I've implemented the contribution by Si Cranmer for UK Switch + CVV collection V1.6 (8 Feb 2005). At the moment it doesn't seem to be accepting valid cards - it just rejects them saying something like 'sorry we don't accept Switch card. Please try another card.'

Any reason why it should be doing this or how I can resolve this problem?

Thanks

sorted it.

I've still got my site hosted on the local server - and just curious when setting up credit card payment facility - what does the bank provide and how does the money get transferred to the merchants account? Where is the merchant's account specified?
