Payment Modules with problems

I've isntalled OScommerce on my website and added a bank transfer.

 

For some reason just the Credit Card and bank transfer works .

 

If you add something to your cart and go to checkout it says "This is currently the only payment method available to use on this order."

 

I've tried Money Order & COD neither will work.

 

I enabled the methods in the admin panel and still get nothing.

 

Also checked to make sure the modules/payment directory was correct and it was.

 

Also Im having the same trouble with shipping. Only FLAT RATE shows up

 

I want allow the costummer's choose de payment and shipping

 

Can you help me???
