I have also got this problem. I wondered if it was if the customer does'nt click continue on the last page after they have paid paypal but I have'nt tested this yet. Some items have shown up and some have'nt it seems random. Might it be to do with the order status or if paypal is paid by a verified or unverified member as it does'nt inform the customer automatically by email if they are unverified and this may have something to do with if it is logged in the best products purchased page.
