aquarterof Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 Hi Does anyone know how to change the HTML Title tag i.e. <Title></Title> for non product pages (e.g. login, checkout process etc)? Thanks very much Michael
Jack_mcs Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 The standard code loads inthe same title for every page. To have unique titles, you need to install a contribution like Header Tags or you can edit each file and add your own title. Jack Hi Jack Thanks for that but we already have Header Tags installed and it is working fantastically for teh product and category pages. The only pages that we don't have a good title, description etc for are the non product pages like the login page, the checkout pages etc and I don't know how to manually insert the code for those. Can you or anyone help with that please? (probably a real basic question I know!) Thanks very much Michael
Jack_mcs Posted March 15, 2007 Posted March 15, 2007 You need to make the <title> code change, see Install_Catalog.txt, for the page in question, then go to admin->Header Tags->Page Control and add that page so that Header Tags knows to look at it.
