How does it help me bring traffic? Any advice will help a lot! You can then subscribe to (or create your own) feeds and display them on your site. This is useful for customers to find information about your products and may boost sales. If you subscribe to a popular feed, it may affect your rankings with the search engines, although not overly much. If the feeds are on your site, then odds of them helping more with your index position increases.
