How do i know what delivery option the user selected?

Hi,

 

I have a fairly complicated setup with my zones - multiple carriers etc - all this is working fine and the user can choose the speed of delivery - ALL works fine and im happy.

 

However now that im taking orders - i goti the despatch note in admin and print it - it tells me the amount of shipping cost but not the method they have chosen!! - I then have to look at the tables (especially if we are shipping abroad) and work out based on the amount WHICH OPTION they selected - ie bu Airmail / Land etc

 

How can i get the admin to tell me the shipping option selected so that we know how to send it ?

It will tell you in the order

Try it - place an order and look @ the invoice

 

Says the shipping type on there :)

Not for me the only ref to shipping is:

 

Shipping to GB : 8.4 kg(s): ?7.00

 

which doesnt tell me the method chosen etc

 

Im using 3 zone files with about 10 zones in each

You can edit the description in the langauges/english/modules/shipping/

 

define('MODULE_SHIPPING_ZONES_TEXT_WAY', 'Shipping to');

 

Change that to reflect each of the 3 zones files you use :)
