Orders not showing up...

Hi everyone,

I made a mistake when moving my OS Commerce site from one folder to another (I had to move it because someone found the location of our admin page and the password, so i moved the site and made a new password). Well, when I moved the site I had a lot of problems with images not showing up and I got that all worked out, but now orders don't show up. When I'm using the PayPal module (third party I think) nothing happens on the admin side, but when I do a money order it adds 1 to the Pending orders, but when I click for more information that page is blank.

What pages are responsible for keeping track of these orders? My guess is that the file path is off because of all the switching I did so I just need to readjust. All help is appreciated :D

This just happened to me... after moving from one hosting account to another, I had the same problem. To fix it, I had to make sure that all the folders under \catalog were there. Specifically, the "ec" folder and the "xml" folder. For me, I was able to place an order but the order wasn't visible through the ADMIN tool until I copied those folders over.

Hope that helps!

That is exactly what was happening to me, but I didn't move anything... someone gave me a path to fix it but when I used it it messed it up even more and now I have no access to the page. it returns the error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/tctc/public_html/admin/orders.php on line 387

Thank you!

with paypal there is a return url for IPN and for autoreturn.

So in case You are using IPN You need to set notify url to point to IPN.php

and if using std one then you need to modify return url at paypal site to the new one.
