lewisqic Posted March 13, 2007 Share Posted March 13, 2007 Hi all, I've been messing around lately with a couple contributions on my store, and now i've suddenly come to realize that it is no longer collecting sales tax on orders that should be taxed. The main problem is this, i do not know exactly when the problem started or how it happened, so i have pretty much no way of tracking the problem to what has caused it. I have multi vendor shipping contribution installed, but it has worked with collecting sales tax before so i'm pretty sure that has nothing to do with it. Also, i have a contribution installed that gives me a report of monthly sales and sales tax, and guess what, the report is telling me that i have successfully been collecting sales tax on my orders, but when i check the orders, i am not collecting any tax at all. Can anyone out there please help me out, maybe point me in the right direction, or perhaps inform me which files have to do with the sales tax so i can go back and see if i've altered those files at all lately.
