deniese Posted March 13, 2007 Posted March 13, 2007 Hi there I need some help, I am getting e-mails form customers saying they are having problems ordering on my site, they are telling me there is a problem witht he create an account page and it keeps redirecting them back to the create an account page. I have had various people checking for me and they say everything is ok, I do it myself and it works fine. The only thing I can think of is I have an ssl on the site at this stage, could it be this that is making the problem for them? Maybe they are doing something wrong, or there is some setting such as minimum length for a certain field that is kicking them back? Do, or do not. There is no try. Hi there thank you for taking the time to reply, I am not sure how I would check to see if this is the case, do you think it could be work pc settings stopping them creating an account, I just dont know what to say to them when they say they cant make an account. :thumbsup:

It would definitely help if they were getting an error message. If it was a problem with the configure file then it should always be broken. Do, or do not. There is no try.
