weezy Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 when I go to my admin site and I click on configuration, it just gives me a blanks site. How can I fix this? I'm sure its sum simple coding mistake or something but I am a noob so...anyways thanks would be really appreciated. :thumbsup:
chooch Posted March 24, 2007 Posted March 24, 2007 If it is a fresh install with no modifications made by you, maybe you should install a new store and try again. it could be some small error on your part. If you don't want to re-install then I suggest re-posting in this thread detailing exactly what you have added or removed from the site before it went wrong. Or was the configuration link showing a blank page from a fresh install? Upon receiving fixes and advice, too many people don't bother to post updates informing the forum of how it went. Until of course they need help again on other issues and they come running back! Why receive the information you require in good faith for free, only to then have the attitude to ignore the people who gave it to you? There's no harm in saying, 'Thanks, it worked'. On the contrary, it creates a better atmosphere. CHOOCH
weezy Posted March 26, 2007 Author Posted March 26, 2007 unfortunately it is not a fresh install. I never used the configuration except in the very beginning so i hadn't touched it. I just clicked on it a week ago and it just gave me a blank page.
