kdogg Posted March 12, 2007 Share Posted March 12, 2007 Why do I have no option to list orders as "Shipped" in OS Comm? I have the fallowing options under each order. Status: Pending Processing Delivered Preparing [Paypal IPN] I get like 20 calls a week from people wondering why there orders are pending or processing but not shipped when they are in fact shipped. In your admin console, go to Localization -> Orders Status, and add an entry for Shipped... Then you can apply it to orders... Richard.
