ladykaren Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 Hi everyone; Have a quick question. I have the PayPal shopping cart system installed on my site and has been working fine. However, I went into my Admin to check on something, and noticed that I have an order that was placed a few days ago. The customer paid via PayPal, however as of todays date, I have not received a notice from PayPal stateing a payment was made, nor when I checked my PayPal account, is there any new activity. I was wondering if it could be a glitch with the system or possibly a customer error. I wanted to try and find out first before contacting the customer and asking her to possibly place the order again through the system. Thanks for your help, Karen

Thanks for your help, Karen Why don't you test it by purchasing something ;) Check the e-mail ID in paypal.
