Scheme138 Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 So all of my https pages return totally blank pages. There isnt even any source code to look at. my development page is up at http://buystuff.wearemanalive.com/ and if you click on any secured link (my account, login, etc.) you will see the blank page. if i navigate to the non-secure version of index.php or account.php, it shows up ok. and the code is the same between the two copies of them. (yes my terrible host wont let me setup a symlink so i have 2 copies to maintain) ANY help is MUCH NEEDED! ty
Guest Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 You dont have all the needed files in the shared ssl host file. You need to make sure all your files are in the right directories for a shared ssl. I would recommend buying an ssl you can get a cheap on from godaddy or rapdissl.com for like 30 dollars a year this would fix the problem and the whole shared ssl wouldn't give you warnings durning checkout this will scare customers away. itinerant baker Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 This might be the cause of my problem with osplayer throwing me back to the Access Admin Level cont login when it tries to access the mp3 folder which is outside the admin area (otherwise the general public wouldn't be able to listen to the mp3's). Is there any way to set up a symlink to try and 'fool' it into thinking it's in the same directory? Alternatively, does anyone know of any conts that let you choose which sections https apply to within admin?
