PayPal Japan Account - Change language to English

My PayPal account is in Japan, and recently (8th March 2007) they have changed all Japan PayPal account to Japanese default language. All of my customers are directed to a PayPal Japanese language page.

 

As according to PayPal, I need to change the buyer's country in my shopping cart (OSC) to United States, so that everything will be in English then.

 

How do I do that? Sorry...I am very bad in coding and I don't know where to start.

 

I am using the default PayPal payment gateway in OSC (NOT IPN).

I figure out that this is the NORMAL paypal page URL that linked from my shop when a customer make an order with PayPal payment method:

 

 

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?amoun...amp;cmd=_xclick

 

If I manually change the URL to

 

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?&lc=us&amount=90%2e29&x=62&y=10&return=https%3a%2f%2fshashinki%2ecom%2fshop%2fcheckout_process%2ephp&shipping=0%2e00&currency_code=USD&item_name=ShaShinKi%2ecom&rm=2&business=shop%40shashinki%2ecom&cancel_return=https%3a%2f%2fshashinki%2ecom%2fshop%2fcheckout_payment%2ephp&cmd=_xclick

 

Then it will show English Language.

 

How can I edit my PayPal payment module file to include Location = US?

This was mentioned in one of the threads, but I can't find it. From memory, it was adding your location to one of the paypal files. Try googling it.
