SamyT Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 I had to do a test payment recently and noticed when you get to Pay Pal there's a login box up top and you have to scroll down below the fold of the page to see the option where you don't need an account (and it's not made particularly clear you don't need an account!). Could customers be seeing this, decide they don't want an account and just not bother ordering? Why isn't it above the fold like it used to be?

SamyT Posted March 12, 2007 Author Posted March 12, 2007 It's not like I'm on 800 x 600.. I am on 1024 x 768 which is perfect for my monitor... It's WAY below the fold, it can't be a resolution issue.
